I would like to uninstall the AVG and reinstall back due to computer breakdown. But, there is an error occured where i cannot scan the computer eventhough i had reactivate the license no : IMZM3-6UIY6-923MR-QMWIW-DM7RX-G. AVG version : 2014.0.4800 . Operating system : Microsoft(R) 7 (32-bit) No Service Pack.
