Attempting to completely uninstall AVG using AVG_Remover because regular remove programs does not work on my Windows 8.1 system at the moment. Have tried to run AVG_Remover multiple times but it is unable to remove AVG Zen. I get an error dialog with the message "None has stopped working" – apparently this is from avuirunnerx.exe?
Regular windows uninstall of AVG gives me a error dialog: Unexpected Error 0xa0018fa7
Not sure if this is associated but none of my MS Office programs are working, and I cannot uninstall them either. Error message "The application was unable to start correctly" and code 0xc0000005.
Suggestions on what to try next would be very helpful.
