I saw an icon over the avg logo in my task bar and ignored it for a while until yesterday when i decided to see what it was. It said unable to update. It said i could try again, if that doesn't work use the fix tool. So i tried using the fix and got a message saying Sorry, weve experienced a problem during initialization. then tried untinstalling. got the same error. Now it wants me to spend $20 for a professional to fix it for me. there is not a chance in this world or any other that i will spend $20 for someone to simply uninstall a program from my computer, especially when its their fault that I can't uninstall it in the first place. Please help, has anyone else experienced this issue, and what do I do to fix it?
