Unable to unsubscribe

On checking your AVG account, you have already cancelled the auto-renewal for the mentioned subscription. That's the reason you were unable to cancel it.

You’ve emailed me saying my AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) is due to expire. I want to unsubscribe but there is no option within my account to do so and other than this option, no way of contacting you to cancel this subscription.

Please either cancel all my remaining subscriptions or advise me how too please as the directions you give within your support pages don’t work.
