We regret to hear that you are experiencing issues with updating AVG. We request you to delete the temporary update files in AVG program and then try to update.
1) Open AVG.
2) Click on Options and select Advanced settings.
3) Expand Update in the left pane and click on Manage.
4) Then click on Delete temporary updates files and click on OK and Apply to save the changes.
5) Then try to update AVG and it should work.

My AVG anti-virus is under paid account. It keep saying my Anti-Virus is not fully protected, even after I click "Fix it" now, it shows "Updated" but same issue still exists. Anyone can help?
