Provide the screenshot of the message that you get while updating AVG.

I am unable to update my AVG Internet Security.  I have another year of AVG and 1 year of AVG Tuneup.  When I go to login to my account to update my license, I get the following message:

The online content is unavailable.  Giving me dialog about no internet connection which is not true.  
Please help.
