Unable to update payment details

My payment was blocked by my bank and I have tried to change my payment details but I get error messages “unfortunately an error has occurred please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact support”. Support is very difficult to find and no email address to report my problem. HELP AVG please !

I have the same problem. If they don’t fix it from their end they lose me as a customer. It’s as simple as that.

I am also having this problem, “saying there has been a glitch and to contact suppot”. When contacting support first few page are how to change details which isnt working when at the connect with us stage it asks me to log in to my account which then takes me back to my account dashdoard, when going back to suppot i’m logged out again and it’s a never ending circle. Support please provide email address, or fix glitch.

I have been having the same problem for weeks now and my AVG tuneup expires in a few weeks. They are going to lose me as a customer if they don’t fix this. There seems to be no way to contact anyone at the company and if I try to update my payment information it just crashes. Not a good look for a product that is about making your technology run smoothly.

Update as of 13 June 25. I received a message a couple of days back asking for more details, just my name, email and phone number. So, I tried again today, 1st time it showed “no existing renewals, we are unable to update your records due to an error but we are working on it”.
I tried yet again and it came back with exactly the same response as a few days ago - so no change there!
