I’m trying to update my card details online, tried 7 times with different cards, but each time I got error message says that there is a glitch, try again later. Support page is of no use, not even a mail ID or chat, there is no mention of of my country (India) and only way seems to be to make international phone calls. Have raised 3 times support ticket but no response. Pathetic service from such a big company. If they aren’t caring for customers I better take my business elsewhere. If anyone has faced this issue and solved it, would appreciate it if you could help me. Thanks.
Experiencing the exact same issue, called my bank, no issues with either cc. Waited hrs. for customer service to pick-up and nothing. Almost seems like they are waiting for the subscription to expire so they can charge a higher price.
