In fact, after restart, I could get to step 3, had to restart again and as soon as I connected to Internet AVG updated automatically.
So that, everything´s working fine thanks to your efforts.

When I try to force it to do so, says DNS resolution failed and after Host wasn´t found.
I work with Windows Vista.

Let's remove AVG along with its traces using AVG remover and AVG clear tools. To do so, please refer this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product).
After restart, go to Run window (press windows key and R key simultaneously) and type the following comments to delete the folders manually.
1. Type “Temp” and press enter, remove all the files.
2. “%temp%” and remove all the files.
3. %appdata% - Remove all the AVG folders.
4. %programdata% - Open the AVG folder and remove the old files.
5. Type C: and press enter, delete AVG remover folder.
Please go to c: drive-> program files and delete the AVG files.

Let us try changing the Google DNS and check the status with AVG update.
1. Press Windows and R key simultaneously to open Run command.
2. In Run window, type as "ncpa.cpl" without the quotes and click on OK button.
3. In Network connections window, please right-click the connection you use, and select Properties.
4. Double-click the Internet Protocol (TCP/IPv4) item on the Networking tab.
5. Click Advanced and select the DNS tab. If there are any DNS server IP addresses listed there, write them down for future reference, and remove them from this window. Click OK.
6) Select Use the following DNS server addresses.
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4.
7) Click on Apply and Ok.
Initiate the update of AVG Internet Security and inform the status here.
The same messages still appear, no changes.
I´ve done it a few times, to avoid human mistake.
