Unable to update windows

Hi Mike.
Do you think an AVG product is causing this issue?
Could you let us know which AVG products are installed on your PC?

I am unable to update windows.  I have tried several times.   Tries to update, reboots, takes forever, then says can't update restoring previous.   This is the update it is trying to do.
