Unable to update

Please try updating after ending the Windows installer, if the issue still persists please follow the below steps:
1.Please open the task manager on your computer.
2.End the process name " Microsoft office click to run" or "Clicktorun.exe" from the Process or Details tab of the Task Manager
3.Then we have to proceed with ending the windows installer service from the Task Manager
4.Now proceed with updating the AVG application and it will work.

Cannot update my avg internet security, when I do I get a error message "there isa running installation....) I have looked to turn off "windows installer" but it is not on, I have paid for through December of 2016, tell me something.
