Unable to upgrade to Windows 10

I am trying to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

It fails 80070002 but I cannot find out why.

Is it possibloe that I need to uninstall free AVG first?

Alternatively should I pay for full AVG suite and fix all errors?  Would that definitely sort it out?

In general, AVG does not prevent it to be able to upgrade to Windows 10

This is a known error to Microsoft
