I was using AVG Antivirus PRO on my samsung galaxy grand which was lost yesterday. I have already activated antitheft service, Whenever I try to use antitheft features (LOCATE,SHOUT, WIPE, etc) I am getting a message 'We are unable to reach yourdevice. It may be switched off…' .I have deactivated the concerned SIMs. Isthere any other way to lock/wipe the data on my lost mobile if the device has been swithched off.
