Unable to use functions on avg pc tuneup

Hi Sue,
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (gather it right after inducing issue) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

Yesterday I downloaded the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp and I am now not able to perform any of the functions.  For example, I attempted to clean the browser and when I clicked OPEN I received the following message box:

Following AVG processes failed:
- integrator.exe

Would you like to send the report to AVG for analysis?

          YES            NO

Side Note: the renewal instructions stated to click on HELP and select reactive.  This was not an option for me - the options were to REGISTER or ACTIVATE.
