I've just installed the
AVG Ultimate VIP (Multi-device)
to my personal computer and pretty much loaded all the programmes including Secure Browser which is not actually listed but was offered.I did this on Monday and since then have tweaked some of the settings.
Yesterday and today I've had trouble using Internet Banking on either Edge or Chrome, but on not the AVG Secure Browser. I uninstalled the AVG SB to see if that helped but it did not.
Can anyone help me understand how I can fix this? I can log into my IB but it will not allow me to make transactions. Is sometimes get an error message and cannot log in at all. I can use IB on my phone app or on the web version on my phone.
I've uninstalled the AVG Browser extension, inactivated VPN and turned Breach Guard off but none of these helped.
I'm not unable to install Secure Browser so cannot use IB at all on my PC.
