Unable to use my AVG products

I have tried other advice, but no success. Although I have paid for 3 products I am always told that they are "locked and my free trial is over". I am advised to purchase the programmes.

Thank you for reaching us with your concerns. I suppose that you are receiving that alert on AVG PC TuneUp. It could be because you have not yet activated the paid subscription.
