Unable to use port 80 because already used from AVG com.avg.d comand

Hello, I'm using AVG Antivirus 20.3 for Mac (Free version).
I need to use port 80 of my machine for development purposes (apache), but it is used by avg and I cannot change it in AVG settings panel.
The mentioned service is identifier as:

COMMAND
com.avg.d 

PID
441

USER
root    

FD
6u  

TYPE
IPv4      

DEVICE
0t0  TCP 

NAME
sea02-027.ff.avast.com:http (ESTABLISHED)

If I disable avg security and all protection service, the port is still used.
Does anyone know if there a way to change default port of AVG service in question?

We regret to inform you that we do not have firewall protection options in Mac. 
Also you've mentioned when disabling AVG the service ports works, may I know whether you are getting any error message when the AVG is enabled and using the service?
