Unable to validate product key

My institute (IIT Bombay) have AVG antivirus business edition. I was using it on  my old laptop. When I purchased new laptop, I uninstalled AVG antivirus business edition from my old laptop and installed it in my new device but now while validating product key, I'm getting error "Sorry, you've entered an invalid license".  What should I do?
