Hello,

I was extremely displeased with the product last year and I even cancelled my account yet I was still charged. This is the second time around that they are charging me after I cancelled. However, this time AVG somehow managed to get new my new debit card number. I haven’t used AVG in 2 years, how the heck do they know my new debit card number?? I got this new card a few months ago. A company should ALWAYS need to ask for updated payment before charging someone. I did NOT at ALL approve the changing of my billing method and I especially did not approve the charging on my new debit card, especially when I purposefully did not update my billing information for AVG after being charged wrongfully last year.

I did NOT update my payment method, so how did AVG manage to get my new debit card number AND approve it for a renewal billing when I have never changed my billing information on the account? This is unacceptable and I demand a refund for this charge. You can’t do that, that’s extremely immoral and scammy. I’ve lost 2 debit cards since I cancelled my account, and I am actually feeling very violated that somehow my new debit card number was found by AVG and charged.
