I have a current prescription that seems to have disappeared. Now I can't access anything to reactivate it. The only thing that comes up is the free trial package and nowhere can I insert my subscription number. Also I find the ability to communicate with AVG frustrating and I will be contemplating not renewing my subscription when it comes up, if I ever get it reactivated. Ron
