Unapproved credit card payment

According to my credit card notification, received just now, I made a payment to "DRI*AVG TECHNOL SHANNON, CO. IE".
I have not authorised any such payment!
Please clarify and credit my account back

I have not agreed for anything! I have already paid in June 2018 for a 2 year subscription with my email id of lpc*******ri15@gmail.com Why will I renew before the 2 years???
NOW, after posting this query, I get a mail on my other email account, leela@adv*****mindia.com, saying renewal!! 
How AVG decide to use the card details stored, without even consulting me?
Please IMMEDIATELY organise a refund (to the same card you charged) and confirm! 
Incidentally, I got this Renewal mail ONLY after I posted a query on your Contact Us platform! There was no immediate mail, after AVG took the money, unlike last time! How crooked is that?
I am seriously going to reconsider using AVG from next time, and tell my network as well.
