Unapproved renewal

I received an unapproved $89.99 renewal charge to my credit card for 10 devices.  I don’t have but one device.  Also, I did not give anyone permission to renew.  I have never paid 89.99 for antivirus and will never pay that much.  What is going on?  This is totally unacceptable.  


I spoke with Joey at AVG today to refund which he said he would.  Then I receive an email saying they were unable to locate my order number, name, and email.  This is nuts!!!
