I have had a charge to my credit card of £34.99 a few days ago despite having had to reset my computer recently and no longer having any AVG products on my laptop and probably never will due to them apparently causing windows updates to fail. How do I get a refund. I had a fully paid AVG internet security product and an AVG PC Tune Up trial Version previously.
