A payment for £84.99 came out of my account, the payment tried multiple times but it bounced as I didn’t leave money in the account for it as i was not expecting any payment so I got a failed payment notification many times, I tried to login and try to cancel whatever i was being charged for unwillingly, my account showed no subscriptions or any payment methods on my account so I am very confused as to why I am being charged?
I put money in to cover other bills and it came out today,
can someone please help me get my money back
