Unauthorised billing

We acknowledge your refund request. Upon checking your account we're unable to locate the charge.
An email requesting few info has been sent to you. Please revert to us via email with the info to proceed further.
Also, this might have happened if you've subscribed to any trial version using your alternate/old email address & it would have been enrolled to automatic renewal.

I have just received a credit card statement where I have been billed £69.99 by "DRI AVG Technologies" under "orderfind com".

The only AVG software I have is the free version and I have not knowingly signed up for something that has a subscription.

How do I contact AVG to get this refunded and stop future payments?
