We acknowledge your refund request. If you want to cancel AVG subscription, you need to cancel it from AVG MyAccount. It's look like you have cancelled some other subscription from apple store.

Apple sent me notification on 10th June that the subscription would exprire. They gave instructions on how to unsubscribe. Following that link (Connecting to the iTunes Store.) it took me to the "subscriptions" on my apple. There was no "cancel" option. Apple said that if the option was not visible, then it would automatically expire and you must request new subscription. But today the subscription was taken off my account. That is not the deal. When i ask for a refund it says i must phone the international number. Where is my country support for the product - South Africa) to get a refund?
