Unauthorised charge to Credit Card

On my most recent Credit Card statement I have been charged  £39.99 to DRI*AVG Technologies.

I have not authorised this payment and was confident that I had cancelled my subscription.
I am unable to locate an order number although I have searched emails going back 6 months.
I would really appreciate a refund at your earliest convenience.
