Hello. This afternoon I noticed the following unexplained charge to my credit card:

I want to say from the outset that I did not authorise this charge. I was a subscriber to AVG antivirus for a number of years, but my last subscription expired over a year ago, and I do not now have any AVG products on my computer. Please also note that, on logging on to your website, I seem to be registered with two separate accounts, one under my former email address of 'john.whelan@indigo.ie', and the other under my current email address of 'johnwhelansc@gmail.com'. Please delete my former email address from your records entirely, and do not send any message to that address, as it no longer functions; instead please use my current and only email address as above, i.e.'johnwhelansc@gmail.com'. Please arrange to refund the unauthorised charge of €109.99 to my credit card.
