I was trying to buy my weekly groceries when my purchase was declined and upon checking my bank balance I noticed that you had charged/taken $84.99 from my account. Why? I am on the free version and you have charged me for what? This has not been authorised and there should be no charges or payments for the free version. Refund this money $84.99 back into my account Immediately.
