Unauthorised Charge

Hi there.
Today I was charged £49.99 automatically after using the free trial and I didn't authorise this so can I please get a refund? I don't have enough money to afford this service and I'm panicking because I might go in to negatives in my bank account because of this charge.

However, we'd like to clarify that this isn't an unauthorized charge.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial's expiry, which includes info on how to cancel, renewal date & amount to be charged.
