Upon checking your account, we see that you've subscribed to the trial version of AVG Internet Security & TuneUp.
Later they've been renewed as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial's expiry, which includes info on how to cancel, renewal date & charge.
However, if you'd like to cancel the subscription & get refunded, we do understand.
