Ive been charged £44.99 with out my consent i have not set up and pre order with avg and i do not understand why this has happened i need this money back immediately

You have been charged £44.99 for the renewal of AVG TuneUp Multidevice (1 Year) subscription.
On 4th November 2018, you signed up for two AVG TuneUp 60 day trial orders.
It had auto renewal service enabled. Hence, you were charged £44.99 for 1 Year subscription on 1st January 2019.
For this year, you have been charged again for the same order.
We did send prior billing email notification about the process and the charge that is going to be taken.
