We'd be glad to clarify this. However, you do not have any active subscription for AVG registered under the email address you used to contact us here. I have sent an email, please confirm the requested details in a reply to that email to assist you.
On 19th May a payment of £99.99 was taken from my bank account without authorisation or any warning. I do not have any paid for subscription with yourselves so would request a refund as soon as possible and an explanation as to why this charge was taken and how you had my bank details.
