Unauthorised duplicate payments

Which email do I contact accounts on at AVG about several unauthored amounts taken from my bank for duplicate services I am already paying for? I want to send the document to show the errors. Is there an email address?

When I spoke on chat, your chat person wrongly informed me that I had paid duplicate for the avg virus checker since 2020… the was not true, this issue goes back further and there was no mention of tuner duplicate direct debit payments too. I sent full details yesterday by email.  Please look at that and get your customer service/ billings section to reply and find solution.

I hope re can refund and rectify this without me having to go to legal route.
