Without any notification this company has billed me for an AVG subscription for £104.99 due today. This is the 2nd time this year last time 2nd Nov. I contacted you and it was stopped but I also cancelled any other monies being attempted to be taken from my account.
I have contacted AVG and they confirm I have NO subscriptions to any of their products under ANY email
Firstly I want this cancelled or immediately returned, secondly I require an explanation as to why you are taking money basically illegally?
