Unauthorised Payment Pending

It states in my AVG account that I have no subscriptions & I have the free basic cover. Why would I then have a payment pending of £84.99? I cannot successfully make contact with anyone, in anyway to discuss this. I have not requested an upgrade or been in communication with AVG regarding a subscription or upgrade. It states to cancel a payment go to subscriptions & cancel. I can't cancel something I haven't got & I cannot afford fot this unauthorised payment to go through.
