Unauthorised Payment taken from Paypal

Hello,

I have received an invoice from yourselves for £46.99 for a product I never consciously  subscribed to. this is a disgusting way to do business and I want any subscriptions I have with you cancelled and any payments you have taken refunded.
By the way, in order to send this note I had to create an account - which seems crazy when it's for something I never ordered. However having now created the account and checked SUBSCRIPTIONS and PAYMENTS I see nothing there. So what's going on?
Bottom line I want whatever subscriptions and payments I have with you cancelled and refunded immediately.
