Unauthorised payment taken!?

Payment of €54.99 was taken from my account today. I have no email or anything to say a payment was due, this is a total surprise and I haven't signed up for AVG protection in years, why take payment now? Also why didn't you send me a payment receipt or anything to say this payment went through? Which of my devices is this covering? Where can I get more information for what this payment is for and what it covers? Please update me asap!
