Unauthorised payment taken

You have been charged 59.99 GBP for AVG Internet Security multi-device product as auto-renewal service was enabled for its initial purchase.
We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

On the 24th May 2019 a payment of £59.99 was taken from my bank account. I did not receive an email to tell me this was going to happen. I have not had AVG security since I changed my internet provider in 2018. Please can I be refunded?
