Unauthorised payment taken

DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES ORDERFIND COM have taken £99.99 from my credit card for a subscription which I did not authorise. Who do I contact in order to get DRI to refund this unauthorised payment? ( Before seeing DRI on my credit card statement, I had never heard of them!)

Ian, we already initiated a refund and auto-renewal was cancelled as requested.

I have replied to your email and requested a refund, as the package is no use to me now that I have an ipad! Please also cancel any future automatic renewals and confirm this to me. Kind regards, Ian
