Unauthorised payment

My account was debited through PayPal for the amount of 44.99 euro this was not authorised and I want my money back .The amount was taken by Digital driver Ireland. Invoice number 610223 886 00 on the the 28th April 2019 for Dri Avg Technologies. Please note this is stealing please refund my money

We acknowledge your refund request. The possibility for this to happen is, you would have subscribed to AVG using your old/alternate email address & it should be enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior the subscription's expiry. This email also contains instructions on how to cancel the subscription. Hence, this is not an unauthorized charge.
As we're unable to locate any charges under your account, we've sent you an email requesting few info. Please revert to us via email with the requested info to locate the charges.

Hi, 

I have had a deduction from my account for £49.99 to you for a  annual subscription.  I refused this some time ago and would request a refund as soon as possible please.
