4 days and still no reply. Can someone please get back to me regarding refunding my money?
Thank you for your reply, I received an email on 6th Feb requesting all my details, my card details and also a copy of my bank statement which I provided.
It is now 17th Feb and you clearly can't find the transaction and I have now been emailed by another person in Support requesting all my information again. This has caused me financial hardship having that amount of money taken out of my bank account without my knowledge and to not be able to get it returned is unacceptable. When I log into AVG it says I have no subscriptions!!! so why was this money taken in the first place and if it was for a subscription where was the email informing me that it was due for renewal?

I have had £79.99 taken from my account. I have spoken to my bank who informed me it was a recurring card payment. They told me to contact AVG directly which I did on the online chat.
You confirmed my subscription was cancelled in August last year and was not due to renew until October and that I have no other subscriptions. I gave the call handler the reference number my bank had given me but he wanted a policy number which obviously I don't have. I have had no email verification of any subscriptions that were due to renew and as the call handler couldn't help me he ended the chat leaving me with no answers very frustrated and £79.99 out of pocket??? Any help would be very much appreciated
