Hello AVG Team,

I would like to ask for your help. 
On 14.12.2020, an unauthorised payment of 89.99 euros was processed from my bank account. I haven't received any email to be warned this amount will be charged from my bank account. I used a free trial version of the avast antivirus in the past. I don't know my id number. I can't find it in my email or spam.
I do not want to proceed with your service and would like a full refund.
I will be very pleased if my request can be sorted out as soon as possible.
