Yet again another unauthorised payment has left mine and my husbands joint account 
We have had this happen a few time and have contacted our bank a number of time and they are unable to find the payment. We both have had new debit cards sent so old details would now be void.
We have not activate accounts with you.
Can someone please contact me ASAP.
I want this resolving now, it's getting beyond a joke.
