Unauthorised payment

On 31/5/21 you have removed £59.99 from my bank
account, without my authorisation and knowledge.

Can you please advise why this has happened and what I am supposed to have bought from your company ?

As to my knowledge I have not bought any products from
your company, so would therefore request that you refund 
the payment to me immediately.
