i know that this has been brought up before but i'm bringing it up again my subscription was renewed in august without my consent or knowledge resulting in me going over my credit card balance and having to pay charges as i do not use the computer as it keeps freezing i have instructed my bank on this as i have no knowledge of an email confirming my subscription nor that it was a recurring payment so therefore i am asking for a refund and cancellation of this service as i think this is out of order assuming that i want to continue
