I have noticed three pending authorisation payments of $99.99, $59.99 and $79.99 (AUD) to be made to DRI* AVG Technologies orderfind.c AU on 20th November 2018.
I have the following products...
Antivirus (Free Version)
AVG Secure VPN (renewal on Jan 29. 2020)
AVG Tune Up (renewal on April 1, 2019)
I did have a problem with my AVG Secure VPN the other day, where it would not work and kept prompting me to do a 30 day free trial or to buy the product... Even though I had already purchased the product!
Can someone tell me what is going on?

After sending my email, I double checked with my wife and children if they had any of AVG's products and if so, were there any payments due.
I knew my wife definitely had some of your products but I was unsure as to which ones they were and when they were due.
It turns out that the three items in question belong to her and are due very soon!
I was concerned after having an issue with my VPN (prompting me to do a 30 day free trial or to buy the product, even though I had already purchased the product!) and then later seeing three pending authorisation payments in our bank account yesterday afternoon!
I have since managed to get my VPN up and running again.
