Unauthorised renewal

I will help you further with the cancellation.

I'm unable to find any active subscription of AVG with this email address.

I have sent you an email, please reply to that email with the requested information to assist further.

My subscription has been renewed 3 days ahead of the renewal date and without my knowledge or permission. The payment was  taken from a credit card that is no longer active and consequently 
I received a non payment of  penalty of £12 on top of the £39.99 which was deducted to pay for  AVG Technologies. 
I have not  used AVG for over 2 years as the same difficuly arose last year. I did not ask for a refund of the £29.99 deducted from my account on Nov 2017 but I did cancel AVG technologies.
However I would request a refund now and the renawal cancelled.
