Hi, I have received an email about a renewal, i never actually subscribed, you charged me last year to my account to my surprise putting me in a really difficult position last year as I was actually off work and being a single mum, and now I seem to be down for automatic renewal and I can't find a way of cancelling. Why should I have to cancel something I never subscribed for. I demand a refund for last year and cancel this damm subscription .
