Unauthorised Supscriptions on my account Require Refund

We acknowledge your refund request, let us explain this clearly. You have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (60 day trial) because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up for the trial subscription (2019-04-10 ). We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

We haven't received your email request to process refund. Have you tried to contact us using this https://support.avg.com/support_sales?l=en link?

We have cancelled the auto renewal status of both AVG Secure VPN Multi-device (60-day Trial) and AVG Tuneup subscription. Would you like to get refund for this AVG Tuneup?

Sir,
please help I dont know how this came about but have not used and do not know I subscribed to VPV and Tune up. was only using free anti virus.
I am trying to reverse this cost which has already been taken off my cerdit card without my authorisation and not managing to do a reversal as I do not have the license number or product key
 
 
Cannot contact your customer care team for some reasom!?  
Can you please arrange for refund/ reversal.
 
Dont understand why you do not first have these payments confirmed and save everybody all this trouble and effort to refund?
